Privacy Policy

Protecting your personal data matters to us. Here you can find out which data we process when you visit this website and when you get in touch with us.

1. Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:
PRIORITY CLEAN Andrei Fandarac (sole proprietorship)
Owner: Andrei Fandarac
Wyssenhausmatte 7, 6248 Alberswil, Switzerland
UID: CHE-145.575.585
Email: priorityclean7@gmail.com · Phone: 077 209 07 09

2. General information and legal bases

We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the associated Data Protection Ordinance (DPO). Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to individual processing activities, we also comply with it. The legal bases are, in particular, the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), our legitimate interest in a secure and functional website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and – where required – your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is provided via Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps (Microsoft Corporation or its group companies). When you access the website, data transmitted by your browser is recorded for technical reasons: IP address, date and time of access, the page accessed, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This data is used exclusively to operate the website securely and reliably, is not combined with other data and is deleted after a short period. Processing may also take place outside Switzerland or the EEA (see section 9).

4. Cookies, analytics and advertising

On your first visit, a notice informs you that we use cookies and Google Analytics. Your confirmation (“Accept all”) is saved in your browser’s local storage (localStorage) so that the notice does not reappear on every visit.

Google Analytics 4. We use Google Analytics 4 from Google Ireland Limited or Google LLC (USA) to analyse how this website is used – for example pages viewed, time on site, where visits come from, device type and approximate location. For this, Google sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) and receives usage data; Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses. We keep the data for 14 months. Google may process data in the USA; Google LLC is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The processing is based on our legitimate interest in a website that meets visitors’ needs and works without errors. For visitors from the EU, the EEA and the UK, cookies are only used after they click “Accept all”; before that, Google Analytics only sends signals without cookies.

Google AdSense. On our guide pages we show ads from Google AdSense (Google Ireland Limited or Google LLC), labelled “Advertisement”, which may be tailored to your interests. Google uses cookies and similar technologies for this and may process data in the USA. You can turn off personalised advertising at myadcenter.google.com; more information: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

You can object to this at any time by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

5. Contact and quote requests

If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, or use the quote or contact form, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, phone number, email address, address or location, details of the property, preferred date, photos) in order to handle your enquiry, prepare a quote and carry out the job.

The forms on this website do not store any data or transmit it to our server: they simply open your email program or WhatsApp with a pre-filled message that you send yourself. We use Google’s Gmail service for email. If you contact us via WhatsApp, the privacy policy of WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) also applies.

6. Google Fonts

To display fonts consistently, we use Google Fonts from Google Ireland Limited or Google LLC. When the page loads, your browser connects to Google’s servers, and your IP address is transmitted to Google. We use this service in the interest of an appealing and consistent presentation. Further information: Google Privacy Policy.

7. Links to social networks and reviews

Our website contains links to our profiles on Facebook and Instagram and to our Google reviews. These are simple links, not embedded plugins: data is only transmitted once you click a link. The privacy policies of the linked platforms apply there.

8. Retention

We process personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purpose in question. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are generally deleted after 12 months at the latest. Order and invoice data are retained in accordance with statutory retention obligations (generally 10 years).

9. Disclosure to third parties and transfers abroad

We do not sell your data and only disclose it where this is necessary to carry out an order, where we are legally obliged to do so or where we use service providers (e.g. hosting, email, messaging). Some of these service providers (Microsoft, Google, Meta) may also process data in countries outside Switzerland and the EEA, in particular in the USA. In such cases, we rely on adequacy decisions (e.g. the Swiss-U.S. or EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses.

10. Data security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. This website is transmitted in encrypted form via HTTPS.

11. Your rights

Within the scope of applicable data protection law, you have the right to access the personal data we process about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have your data erased or its processing restricted, to object to processing, to receive your data or have it transferred, and to withdraw any consent you have given with effect for the future. Please send your request to priorityclean7@gmail.com; we may ask for proof of identity.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, www.edoeb.admin.ch) or – where the GDPR applies – with a data protection supervisory authority in the EU or EEA.

12. Changes

We may amend this privacy policy at any time, for example if we start using new services. The version currently published on this website applies.
