From clearance to handover
In these situations we work with a fixed team, protective equipment and a clear sequence: sort first, then clear and dispose, then clean and disinfect, and finally treat odours. You get a fixed price up front and know what the job costs – even when it takes longer than planned.
Our contacts are often relatives, guardianship authorities or property managers. We document the condition before and after, record anything we find and hand over documents and valuables in person. If the flat is then returned to the landlord, we take on the move-out cleaning and the handover as well.
Where we work
From Alberswil we cover all of Central Switzerland, the Aargau Mittelland, Zurich and Basel. Up to 40 km, travel is included in the fixed price.

Anything you want to keep is set aside; the rest is sorted and disposed of properly. You receive the disposal receipts for your accounts.
