Clearing a flat after a death
After a death there is a great deal to organise alongside the grief: the flat has to be cleared, cleaned and handed back to the landlord, often to a deadline. We take all of it on – discreetly, respectfully and at your pace.

You set the pace: some families want to go through everything themselves and call us afterwards, others hand us the key and receive a box with everything personal at the end. Both are normal for us, and we ask beforehand what you need.
We work quietly, without an audience and in an unmarked van on request. Everything sorted out is documented, and you get the disposal receipts for the estate. Because we also do the move-out clean with a handover guarantee, the handover is one appointment instead of three.

That depends on the tenancy agreement; one to three months is usual. We work to your deadline and can step in at short notice.
What happens to things we find?
Documents, photos, jewellery and anything that looks personal are set aside and handed to you in person – even when they turn up between old newspapers.
Can you handle the handover with the landlord?
Yes, we attend the handover or carry it out with your written authority.
