Green film on the north façade, moss between the slabs, a slippery driveway: with the right pressure, the right nozzle and – where needed – a gentle product, we bring outdoor surfaces back to their original colour.
Outdoor surfaces that look new again
Not every surface tolerates the same pressure: pavers need a different nozzle from rendered walls, and on wood we deliberately use less pressure and more product. We test the surface in an inconspicuous spot first, so you see the result before we do the whole area.
The best time is spring or early autumn: the growth is soft and the surface still dries well. For apartment buildings and commercial properties we also offer outdoor cleaning as an annual routine – together with caretaking and stairwell cleaning from one provider.
Where we work
From Alberswil we cover all of Central Switzerland, the Aargau Mittelland, Zurich and Basel. Up to 40 km, travel is included in the fixed price.

What does pressure washing cost?
We charge per square metre depending on how dirty the surface is. Tell us the approximate area and send a photo – you get a fixed price within 24 hours including water and materials.
Do you need a water connection on site?
Yes, an ordinary outdoor tap is enough, plus power. If you have neither, tell us in advance and we bring a tank and a generator.
Can you clean tall façades?
From the ground we work up to about two storeys. Higher up needs scaffolding or a lift platform – we quote that separately or refer you to a partner.
