We usually work in stages so not every bay has to be empty at once: you inform the residents, we work row by row. Drainage includes clearing the channels and silt traps – that is where the grit collects that otherwise turns to dust again in spring.
The best time is after winter: road salt attacks concrete and vehicles, and the fine dust from abrasion spreads across the year. Many properties book the car park clean as a fixed annual date alongside the caretaker service.

Do all the cars have to move?
Not at the same time. We clean in stages; the bays in question need to be free for two to three hours.
What does it cost?
We charge by area and condition. Tell us the square metres and the number of bays – you get a fixed price per visit.
Do you remove oil stains?
Fresh ones yes, with absorbent and a special cleaner. Old, soaked-in stains we lighten; they rarely disappear from concrete entirely.
