Winter service and snow clearing for properties
As an owner or property manager you are liable for safe access. We clear snow, grit and keep entrances, pavements and car parks free of ice – normally by 07:00, so the way to work is clear.
Cleared before the first residents leave the building
We work to a weather service and fixed check times: when it snows or freezes we are there without you having to call. We clear where people walk first – entrance, steps, pavement – then the car park and the driveway.
We bill a season rate or per visit; the season rate is the more common choice because it can be budgeted. Every visit is logged – that is your evidence if someone does slip. In summer the same people handle the garden care and the caretaker service.
Where we work
From Alberswil we cover all of Central Switzerland, the Aargau Mittelland, Zurich and Basel. Up to 40 km, travel is included in the fixed price.

What does winter service cost?
A season rate based on area and number of entrances, or per visit. Tell us the address and the areas and you get a quote for the whole season.
Do you take on the liability for ice?
We take on the clearing and gritting duties we agree and document every visit. The owner’s legal duty of care remains.
