Mould removal – walls, bathroom and window reveals

Mould on the wall, in the shower silicone or on the window reveal: we remove the growth properly, treat the surface against regrowth and record what we found – useful when the property manager is involved.

Remove the mould instead of painting over it

Mould is rarely a cosmetic problem: it shows that moisture is staying somewhere – behind a wardrobe on an outside wall, in a poorly ventilated shower or on a cold window reveal. We clean the affected surfaces, remove the staining and treat the material so the growth does not return within weeks.

For small patches a single visit is usually enough. If the growth reaches deeper into the material, or the cause is structural (a failed joint, water damage, a cold bridge), we say so plainly: you then also need a building specialist. Our photo documentation helps either way – with the property manager, the insurer or at the flat handover.

We work with protective equipment, fine dust filters and separate cloths so spores do not reach other rooms. On request we clean the furniture, mattresses and curtains that stood next to the affected wall in the same visit.

Frequently asked questions

Mould Removal – FAQ

What does mould removal cost?

The price depends on the area, the surface and access. For a typical bathroom corner or a window reveal it is a low three-figure amount. Send us photos and you get a fixed price within 24 hours.

Will the mould come back after cleaning?

Not if the cause is fixed. We remove the growth and treat the surface; if the moisture stays, it returns. We tell you what we suspect when we assess the job.

Who pays – tenant or landlord?

It depends on the cause. A building defect is normally the landlord’s responsibility, insufficient airing the tenant’s. Our photos and short report help you settle that cleanly.
