Cellar and attic clearance
A cellar collects years of things nobody wanted to throw away. We empty cellars, attics, garages and storerooms, separate what can still be used and dispose of the rest properly – with receipts for the property manager or the accounts.
Space again – in half a day
We arrive with a vehicle, materials and enough people to empty a normal cellar compartment in half a day. Anything you want to keep is set aside; everything else is sorted on site so disposal costs stay down.
Requests often come from property managers when a compartment is left full after a tenant moves out, or from private clients before a move. Both are done at a fixed price and you get the receipts. On request we clean the floor and walls straight after the clearance.
Where we work
From Alberswil we cover all of Central Switzerland, the Aargau Mittelland, Zurich and Basel. Up to 40 km, travel is included in the fixed price.

Do you take paint, oil and batteries?
Yes, hazardous waste goes to the right place. We show it separately in the quote because there is a fee for it.
Do I have to be there?
Only at the start, so we know what stays. After that you can go; you get photos of the empty room.
